Can I Bring a Guest?

Yes! There are 3 options for you to invite clients, colleagues, or friends to join you in Deskpass space.

First, determine what kind of reservation you are looking to make (Desk, Meet, or Office).

Option #1 for "Desk" Reservations in Open Seating:

• Use your Deskpass credits to invite up to 4 guests per day in open seating zones. Note that spaces may have limited seats available, which may cap the number of guests you can invite.
• Invite guests on the reservation page in your Deskpass app, after making a reservation.
• Your guest needs to confirm the email invitation you've sent in order to enter the space.
• Meet your guest upon arrival and accompany them inside.
• Follow house rules and let the space manager know the guest is with you.

Option #2 for "Meet" Reservations:

• Host meetings in a private space, such as secluded lounges, team rooms, and conference rooms,by making a "Meet" reservation.
• "Meet" spaces indicate the total number of people that fit (ex: a 4-person room can be used by you and 3 guests).
• Meet your guest(s) upon arrival and accompany them inside.
• Follow house rules and let the space manager know the guest is with you.
• End your meeting on time and start packing up 5 minutes before end.
• You do not need to use Deskpass credits for guests working in your reserved "Meet" space.
• If you want to use the open seating zones after your meeting, a separate "Desk" reservation will be required for each person.

Option #3 for "Office" Reservations:

• Rent your very own private office by the day, or for multiple days, by making an "Office" reservation.
• "Office" spaces indicate the total number of people that fit (ex: a 4-person office can be used by you and 3 guests).
• Meet your guest(s) upon arrival and accompany them inside.
• Follow house rules and let the space manager know which guest(s) are with you.
• You do not need to use Deskpass credits for guests working in your reserved "Office" space.
